Fight Anorexia Network (FAN) is an organization dedicated to bringing awareness to one's body image issues while presenting the tools to love and accept themselves. We offer solutions and treatment options for those struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating and body dysmorphia, as well as for their friends and family.
“We are constantly growing into exactly who we are intended to be”

"Your story is powerful - tell it."
We were considering creating a documentary - one about real people and their real struggles.
We started to talk. The conversation turned into a one woman show, me - Amanda - rambling: my story, my struggle, my victory, my anger, my hope and most specifically my determination. Thinking back, it was a bit self-centered how our conversation had turned to be "all about me."
He looked at me and said that I needed to do something more than this short film. That I needed to connect with some passionate people and do something; that my story was powerful and needed to be told. Thus, Fight Anorexia Network was born.
