Mindful Movement: Yoga + Guided Meditation

KULA Yoga Project in TriBeCa generously donated one of their studio's to Fight Ana last fall. This  act of kindness allowed our organization to host our first self - enrichment program to the public. Yoga Instructor, friend and kind soul, Sara Kominoski, loaned her expertise for a morning filled smiles, challenges and reflection. Sara coupled an opening yoga sequence with a beautiful meditation aimed to give the mental push towards positive body image and coping mechanisms while praising yourself.  The event was a huge success, with the studio filled to capacity. On behalf of FAN, we thank all the yogis who came out to support our cause.
